A Profound Encounter Through the Power of Sacred Mantra

On Monday evening, RALugh and AnSaRA attended a beautiful concert with Deva Premal and Miten at the Palais Theatre in St Kilda, Melbourne.

The Sanskrit mantras, Kirtan and collective singing created a powerful experience of heart connection, soul recognition and remembrance.

AnSaRA shared how the ancient Sanskrit words moved through her core and heart, bringing her to tears. There was a deep feeling of familiarity, as though the language awakened something remembered within the soul.

For RALugh, the evening became something even more profound.

Just moments before the music began, RALugh experienced Lord Krishna coming forward in beautiful white light. Krishna invited him into the 20th dimension, the light held within our heart centres.

RALugh described finding himself sitting with Krishna on a beautiful white, fluffy cumulus cloud, surrounded by blue sky and sunshine, having a conversation.

What followed was a series of profound messages about Ascension, the embodiment of higher consciousness, the crystalline light coming into the planet and the changes humanity may experience over the coming months.

The Embodiment of Ascension

One of the significant teachings RALugh received concerned how humanity can embody and hold higher levels of consciousness.

Krishna shared guidance about the Conception Vessel and Governing Vessel, described as a fuse board within the body, connecting acupuncture points throughout the front and back of our being.

RALugh was shown how these vessels are involved in the embodiment of higher consciousness.

Another important message concerned the sacred waters within our being.

Krishna emphasised the importance of clearing and activating these waters and utilising crystalline light through the water channels and vessels throughout the body, including the fascia tissue.

These teachings will become part of future meditations, clearings and activations within Starseed Ascension School over the coming four to six months.

A Significant Shift in Consciousness Over the Next Two Months

During the Tuesday evening SAS Live, RALugh invited members into their sacred heart space and began sharing a further channelled message from Krishna.

The central message was that over the next two months, humanity is approaching another significant increase in consciousness and light.

Krishna described a dawning of a whole new light in experience, with upgrades in our vessels and the amount of consciousness coming into the planet.

RALugh shared that this acceleration was connected with solar activity, the alignments of star maps and star grids, and increasing levels of consciousness.

This was described as another opportunity for souls to move beyond the third-dimensional mind and ego and cross the bridge of remembrance into their hearts.

Krishna showed RALugh a spiralling movement, assisting souls in their journey from the head, through the throat chakra and into the heart.

The message was not simply about receiving more light, but about becoming capable of embodying and living from higher states of consciousness.

Clearing the Centre of the Head

An important practical teaching emerged during the channelled message.

Krishna drew attention to the centre of the head, described as a point within the head that is different from the sixth chakra.

RALugh explained how this space can accumulate thoughts, feelings, emotions, memories and energies that are not in alignment with our heart centre and I AM space.

Using the analogy of a glass window, RALugh guided members through a clearing of three areas:

• The inside of the centre of the head.

• The outside of the glass.

• The space within the glass itself, like cleaning between double-glazed windows.

The clearing was undertaken from within the sacred heart space, rather than entering the centre of the head itself.

RALugh shared Krishna's guidance to pay particular attention to this area and revisit the clearing every few days.

This teaching was presented as an important way of supporting the journey from the head, through the throat chakra and into the heart.

A Message of Compassion for Humanity

Perhaps one of the most meaningful messages from Krishna concerned how we treat one another during the coming changes.

RALugh shared that many people are already experiencing uncertainty, turmoil and a sense of becoming ungrounded.

Some are questioning who they are, why they are here and how to navigate the pressures of everyday life.

Krishna encouraged everyone to be especially compassionate and open-hearted towards family, friends, colleagues and strangers.

Not everyone has learned the practices of grounding, connecting with their heart or creating a sanctuary within themselves.

As consciousness shifts, the invitation is to remember this and offer greater understanding to those who may be struggling.

Rather than reacting to another person's behaviour, we can choose to meet them with love and compassion.

The Power of Heart-to-Heart Connection

Towards the end of the concert, the audience was invited to turn towards people they had never met and sing the mantras together.

RALugh described connecting with three strangers, not simply through singing, but by consciously connecting from the love within his own heart to the heart of each person.

He shared that he could see and feel a shift in each person as they connected.

For RALugh, this demonstrated something beautifully simple and powerful.

We do not need to be in a meditation, ceremony or spiritual gathering to practise heart connection.

We can bring it into every part of everyday life.

When filling the car with petrol, speaking to someone in a shop, interacting with clients, helping our children, connecting with our partners or spending time with friends, we can consciously breathe into our heart and connect from love.

Krishna's reminder was beautifully simple:

Breathe. Be in your heart. Connect heart to heart.

This is how we can begin to bring greater compassion and love into our daily interactions.

Unity Consciousness and the Heart of Humanity

During the Live, RALugh also invited members into Unity Consciousness, the 24th dimension of reality, through their heart centres and I AM spaces.

He described opening into another layer of the heart, experiencing golden light, sparkles and a deeper connection with all life forms.

The invitation extended beyond humanity to animals, plants, nature and all beings.

The experience reinforced the importance of connecting through the heart and remembering the interconnectedness of life.

RALugh reflected on how these individual heart connections could contribute to a wider heart field and heart grid across the planet.

Bringing More Channelled Teachings into SAS

The encounter with Krishna also opened a new direction for Starseed Ascension School.

RALugh shared how much he enjoys receiving teachings and guidance from higher realms of consciousness, particularly when the messages support the wider evolution of humanity.

He and AnSaRA discussed introducing regular opportunities within SAS for channelled messages, teachings and potentially question-and-answer evenings.

These gatherings would allow members to receive further guidance and explore the unfolding journey of Ascension together.

Your Invitation: Practise Heart-to-Heart Connection

The evening concluded with a simple practice for everyone to take into the coming week.

As you move through everyday life, become more conscious of how you connect with others.

Take a breath, return to your sacred heart space and consciously connect with the person in front of you from love.

It may be someone you know deeply or someone you have never met.

You do not need to say anything special or explain what you are doing.

Simply be present, open-hearted and compassionate.

As RALugh shared, the coming months may bring significant changes in consciousness, and our ability to remain grounded, heart-centred and compassionate will be especially important.

The invitation is to embody the teachings, live from the heart and share that love through our everyday interactions.
